The Hotel Europa with 24-hour front desk is located in the centre of the city a few yards away from the 'Kettenbrücke' (one of several bridges crossing the Main-Danube Canal), forming the starting point of the pedestrian area as shortest way to the historical downtown of the World Heritage city of Bamberg.
The hotel is equipped with 46 stylishly furnished guestrooms, taking up the tradition of a Venetian townhouse, matching to Bamberg's "Klein Venedig" ("Small Venice") and the landscape described as "fränkische Toskana" ("Franconia Toscana") in the guidebooks.
